In February 2025, the Belgian Federal Agency for Medicines and Health Products (FAMHP) conducted enforcement raids on CBD retailers across Belgium. Belgian CBD regulations differ significantly from the Luxembourg and German frameworks: only external-use (cosmetic) CBD products — such as creams, balms, and patches — are clearly permissible under current FAMHP guidance. CBD food supplements and CBD oils are not legally permitted for sale in Belgium under existing rules. Any Belgian-listed business in this directory operates within this constrained regulatory environment.
