⚠ Belgium is more restrictive
CBD rules vary sharply by country. In Belgium, only external-use (cosmetic) CBD products — creams, balms, patches — are clearly permissible under current FAMHP guidance; CBD food supplements and oils are not, and the FAMHP raided Belgian CBD retailers in February 2025.
